Wedding 911: Family Fiascos

Question: Help! My fiance has a ton of "Family Politics" and I'm finding it impossible to figure out who I can seat together without knowing all of the dynamics of the family. Any suggestions?
Answer: If assigned seating is a must, ask your fiance to get directly involved with both planning the seating arrangements and even dealing with his side of the family to help determine which parties are neutral and what family members need to be seated across the room.
